Thanks to this we can change the skills of the characters manually with the program Hxd.
Little by little I will complete the list, if they know more lines of characters put them down in the comments.

Good Work Why You can't use cus editor it's so simple and we can add new id for new slots using these cus editor(mugenattack tools)!!

Se podría usar el kamehameha oscuro en Cac ? You could use the dark kamehameha in Cac ? sorry bad english xd :C

yes, there is a way to make it available all the hidden skills for CAC. no, i will not tell you how.

I will explain what is necessary, but it is not easy or well-documented as of now.

Step 1: make sure the character has animation support (i.e. make sure the skill folder has a generic and a PLAYER.ean)
Step 2: if there is only the specific character .ean (e.g. _GKB.ean) then just copy and paste and rename to fit
Step 3: open the skill IDB file and locate the offset of the variable for race lock and in shop (good luck with that part ^.^)
OR Step 3: keep cheat engine open with the latest .ct table and set your ultimate to the ID number of the skill (not permanent)
