1. Open "custom_skill.cus" in data/system with HxD
2. Find the right character using the ID list
3. Edit skills following this :

So where do we go for changin the CAC's own skill set?
It doesn't appear to be in the save game like the previous Xenoverse

there is another value not accounted for. its after the awaken/transform skill. i found this out after i deconstructed and reconstructed the .cus file

What exactly is 'Character value'? Slots with different skill sets, e.g. Goku (King Kai)?
Is it possible to change Super Souls of those characters in 'custom_skill.cus'? If yes, please advise how.
