XV2ins "A value that was supposed to always be zero isn't."

Hello.
I'm sure you probably know what my problem is. When attempting to launch my current version of xv2ins, which is 3.7 according to Eternity's page, I get 4 separate error messages. The first is in the subject of this post, about the value that's supposed to be zero. The second is Entry 9 0 0. The third is something about being unable to load CMS, and the fourth is that the InitSystemFiles failed. I've seen answers on other posts, including updating XV2ins to the next version. That's where my problem is, really. If you were to go to the Tools by Eternity thread and click on the link to the XV2 Mods Installer thread, you'd see that the link is dead. Domain name expired and all that. From what I've seen, no one has ever acknowledged this? They'll bring it up, point another user requesting help to that thread, and then nothing ever comes of it again.
So, what am I missing? I'm aware that there might not be an updated xv2ins yet, but I'd at least like to know where to find it when it does come out.
