Downloaded all the maps and installed them. When I get to the map selection screen it only shows 2 new maps. Is that the limit on how many maps one can have or is there an issue I can't see?

Hi.
Press L1 (or the correspondig console button of your choice - It is the same button used to choose a different variation of a character in chara selection screen) when on map selection screen. This will show you the rest of the maps.
