I see a lot of mods for moveset changes on CaCs and such, but me and my friend both have male saiyan characters, but want different movesets. Pretty much, I'm wondering if there's a tool or anything that could apply one moveset to one and another to another.
i.e. If I want more of a kick-themed moveset and he wants more of a Broly-themed one.

If the two of you want to fight online together / vs each other then no due to file integrity check. (Least I believe so). For online play the game files must be identical. But if you play on the same console then just keep a backup of the moveset files and switch them around in the data/chara/SYM folder as needed.
Alternatively convert one of the CaCs (or both) into a .x2m. Inside the .x2m replace moveset files with the ones you want to use and use those versions instead. If done like this and both of you have said CaC(s) as mods in your game then there should be no problem. (But you'll still probably need to have identical movesets on the actual CaCs that are not in .x2m.)
