Recently, I discovered an infinite loading screen. I realized everything was ok with my other cacs so I took of all the skills and equipment on my Male Saiyan and i still got it. so then i made a new male Saiyan and I'm still getting the bug. Does this mean I'm gonna have to uninstall all my mod and reinstall them or find a file for sym that is missing, because I'm very confused and need help.

Very likely a missing file(s). If it was just a missing mod, any and all would be automatically unequipped as soon as the character was loaded.

Did you ever find out the fix to that because I'm experiencing something like that as well with my Saiyan CaCs
