I was getting impatient and finally figured out how to downgrade to 1.14. As I'm sure you guys have figured out, Valve patched Steam so that the console can't download depots anymore. Anyway, turns out someone made a workaround program for it that actually pulls from Steam's depot directly using a batch file: github.com/SteamRE/DepotDownloader/releasesAs long as you have a valid Steam account and own the game, using that program you can download 1.14 and mod to your heart's content as I've been doing the past couple of days. It's not too complicated, after I found the program I was able to figure it out in about ten minutes which you should be able to do if you have any experience or familiarity with using cmd and/or batch files. If anyone has issues let me know and I might throw together a quick guide because until Eternity releases his new versions that seems like the only way right now to do it unless you were wise enough to disable updates.
