whenever i try to download a couple new characters on xv2ins it always comes up with a message then closes me out can i do anything?

it is because the slots already are full. if you want to add modded characters, you'll have to delete all the characters off the slot list by going to the chara. file.
note : don't add too much modded characters or else it will cause your game to crash every time you open offline battle or online battle.
