I have several skills listed in xv2ins that give an error message when I try to remove them. The skills are built into the installer for character mods and are not seperate installs. The characters also don't have the skills ingame anymore and uninstalling/reinstalling the characters doesn't do anything (redownloading the character doesn't help, either).

The skills come with the "SHALLOT (DB LEGENDS)", "CHRONOA (SUPREME KAI OF TIME) (ADULT DESIGN)", and "SUPER CHRONOA (CUSTOM COMBOS AND SKILLS)" character mods found on XenoverseMods and are built into the character installation.

I have not deleted anything files in the "data/skills" folder.
