I am not quite sure if this is the correct place to go with this, but...
Important note: All tests were performed with SYF. Meaning all "boost to damage when health gets critical" effects are most likely due to me playing as a Saiyan rather than being the actual effect of transformation. Keep that in mind.

While creating skills, I randomly stumbled across this knowledge: F_68 in PUP tab of Skill Creator is a Timer. Meaning if your skill is a power-up, this sets how long the power-up will be in effect. If it is set to 200, the effect goes away within just a few seconds, so it is most likely counting in frames.

By special effects, I mean stuff like ki drain, super armour, dodge and so on.
U_04 = visual effect (for example red aura of Jiren after using Meditation if set to 931)
To use those with your transformation, go to PUP tab and write anything you desire into U_08 /(+) U_0C:

Note: Some effects might not do anything based on their nature but most of them will work.
Note 2: You can have the same effect active multiple times.
Note 3: All effects carry over to the next transformation stage and the only way (that I know of) to transform further without them is to detransform first. You can do this by either copying the detransform part of .bac into the next transformation stage, or AND MORE PREFERABLY by creating a custom animation that first detransforms and then retransforms you. (Like LazyBone did with going from Blue Kaioken to UI.)
Note 4: Goku UI Dodge probably doesn't have a special effect defined outside of his own character files. Or it could be somewhere outside of the range written above.
Note 5: Both U_08 and U_0C are slots dedicated to special effects of a transformation. You can use any combo of them.
Note 6: In IDs that have effect named after a transformation, that usually translates into that transformation's negative effect being applied (For example Kaioken effect = your stamina is drained passively).
Note 7: I tested all of the ones not present in Skill Creator ONLY in Training mode. Therefore it is possible that those unlisted, or even those listed, could have party-wide effects as well but I simply didn't know about them.
Note 8: I will be updating the list from time to time.
Note 9: It seems the effects range anywhere from Super Souls to other offensive skills, raid boss effects and similars.
Note Nega: This list is not complete. It contains only all that the Skill Creator had in its database and what I tested outside of it.
