What does this mean and how do I fix it? It happens every time I try to start up DBXV2. I tried clearing out all my mods tried to play the base game but it still didn't do anything. Does it have anything to do with the newest DLC? Please help.

It either means you're not on the proper XV2 Patcher version (aka the latest), or you are not on the latest DBXV2 Version (aka the Steam version).
For the former, you can download XV2 Patcher from Eternity's tool thread in the tools section.
For the latter, Update your game on Steam. If you do not have the game on Steam, we cannot help you as we do not support pirated copies.

Don't worry. My copy isn't pirated. I actually bought it when it was on sale at some point, and I bought all the DLC available at the time at the same time )The one with SSG Vegeta). Anyway, thank you for your help. I'll let you know how the results come up.

Now I've ran into a new problem. Whenever I get into offline battles, offline parallel quests, photo mode or anything like those modes, the game goes off and I'm back on my desktop background. What's happening here?

So, I'm actually having the same patch issue, but, I'm using the latest version of the game and the latest version of the patcher. For some reason it just isn't working. If I remove the Xinput then I can load the game normally, but, like, if I try to load it with the Xinput then it doesn't work. I'm launching it the exact same way I usually do when trying to play with mods.
