Anyways.... This will allow people 3 different methods of mods:

- Unlocking Characters/Costumes set by CC2 onto the Roster without repacking, this works online cus everythings set by CC2

- Unlocking only COSTUMES on disk onto the Roster without repacking,
doesn't work online because they're not set up by CC2 but works if you share the mod to a friend

- Unlocking Characters & Costumes on any Storm game onto the Roster but while having to repack,
doesn't work online because they're not set up by CC2 but works if you share the mod to a friend
