I've noticed now for a few of my recently installed mods that I'm unable to use certain skills with the main roster and modded characters. I have a dlc rose goku black and a modded rose goku black and for both I'm unable to activate the rose kamehameha. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this has been posted.
