I know the AI is probably hardcoded and that this is a useless question, but I'll ask anyway: is there ANY way for us to alter the AI's behavior? At all? - What does ai_table.ait do?
- Is there a Cheat Engine code that can make the AI more challenging?
- Why is the AI so stupid to begin with?
Okay, I don't really need an answer to the last bullet.

Didn't we talk about this already? There are severe differences between character's AI. There might be something that can be done, not with Cheat Engine or anything of the sorts. As far as I know noone has (successfully) looked into AI behaviour. It will take a long time if anyone will be able to do it at all to make any improvements.

I was just asking again in the hopes that someone's made some miraculous discovery on how to do it since the last time I asked. I'm also asking because someone on the old forum managed to write code for Cheat Engine that makes the AI do nothing at all: dbxvmods.freeforums.net/thread/54/big-ct-essentials-07-updatedSo I figured that if one can write code for that, then it should be possible to write code to make the AI...do stuff.

It's the old AI on/AI off button you have in many games. being able to turn it off and on has nothing to do with the complexity of their behaviour. Seeing how different DLC3 characters behave from all the others I believe it is possible for us to make changes to the overall AI, but don't get your hopes up as looking into this is not a priority for any of the currently active modders, I believe.

Ah, I see. Well thanks as always for your response. I'll see you in a few months when I ask again
