The clothes is your problem. As I see you need the Gogeta model. Also recolouring clothes have usually this issue.

Maybe yes. I see you have combined the rist of the default uniform, the pants of Broly and body of Gogeta. 3 entirely and very different things. You do the most difficult part that even Legentary Agway doesn't do.

Mmmh... I think mxronhs didn't get what you're trying to do. I suggest you read a few tutorials about texture aligning, since your UVW map is off. Also, you will certainly have to create new emb files since modified models can't use DATA001 or DATA002.dds files as they are used by the game. All alpha textures have to be in a single dds, being DATA000.
The next thing is that you didn't triangulate your model, that's why there are so many holes in there. The weird thing is that I have no idea how you managed to get square polygons onto the model, since vanilla models are already triangulated. If you don't have the blend file saved I fear you will have to start over, the exported model is already broken and significally harder to fix for a newcomer.
Did you use Gogeta's bust as a base? I suggest you load HUM_000_Bust.emd into blender together with all the other models you use to create the bust and pay attention to the arms. Gogeta's arms aren't as long as HUM, so you need to cut what's missing off of the HUM bust and attach it to Gogeta. Remodel it a bit then to make it look smooth.
That's pretty much all that appears to be amiss.

Yo, first thanks for your advice, i've watch sol negro texture aligning tuto so i think now i'm good thanks but i don't know what is triangulate, what i have to do for triangulate ? i have use another bust cause the gogeta bust was already modded and to difficult for me, so now i'm with Vegeta training bust and Goku Ssj4, should i still load HUM_000_Bust.emb ?

Dunno, decide for yourself if it's necessary.
