I tried to use the skillmerger but for some reason it doesn't work. Or the animation is broken or no effects are shown after I try to use it and deals 0 damage. Maybe someone can give me a tutorial how to use it?

best way I know soo far is to do a normally merge and then create a new skill using the folder you have your merge files and set the custom behavior 66 in skill creator to the number you use when merging the 2 skills together.
Beware though there will not be any sound effects for the merge skill (Can be fix if merging audio files together and editing bac file) & merge only the same types together, blast with blast & strike with strike

Make sure you are only merging strike with strike skills and ki blasts with ki blasts.
