This is a list of special purposes character codes that can appear in .qxd files.
- HUM: If there is no character selection (main quest, rift quests, etc), game uses the cac. If there is character selection, the game fills these with the selected characters. In quests where X number of HUM appear but not all of them were selected, but they have to still appear (case of expert mission quest allies), the game selects them randomly from lobby.
- MST: the current player master. The CostumeIndex in the .qxd doesn't have effect in the costume they wear, since the game use a predefined costume for each master (that predefined costume selection is hardcoded in the exe)
- PTN: partner, used in fuu quests (doesn't seem to work in other quests types?). It uses the current partner, with its customizations. If Fu was selected when doing the quest, then Fu is used (I guess). CostumeIndex has value of 0, 1, and 2, but not sure of its meaning (could be used to distinguish Gohan/Videl, but unconfirmed)
- AVB and AVC: They select random time patrollers from the lobby (the "yellow" ones). The CostumeIndex seem to be just an index into the random list. I'm not sure of the difference between AVB and AVC.
- OWN: I have no idea of what this is. But it is only used in the quests "CTP_12_00" (Saiyan Pride through the Ages!) and "CTP_13_00" (Resolute Trunks - History Is Born), which happen to be the only main quests where you control another character.
Edit: OWN causes a copy of the char selected by the player, just like CPY below. But unlike CPY, OWN doesn't make the skills empty or causes any special aura.
- CPY: used in expert mission quests / raid quests, this is the mind controlled player in the "World of Mind Control".
It causes a copy of player, but unlike OWN, it has the following characteristics:
- It makes skill set empty
- In expert missions / raids, it makes the char to get villanous aura (this doesn't seem to be the case in other quest types)
- XEN: the xv1 hero.
- XEG: the "time breaker" version of xv1 hero.
- HUM: If there is no character selection (main quest, rift quests, etc), game uses the cac. If there is character selection, the game fills these with the selected characters. - LPA: allows to select a specific player from the lobby, even the blue ones. The CostumeIndex is the id in the lobby_preset_avatar.pal file. Game uses this in the hero colisseum battles with conton citizens.
Note: the game only allows lobby preset id from 3750 to 3799 to be used here.
- XEN: the xv1 hero.
- XEG: the "time breaker" version of xv1 hero.
