I kept Steam in Offline Mode so that I could play XV2 with mods peacefully, but one night my PC had updated itself and somehow updated Steam which updated XV2 along with it. It ****ed me as it bricked the game and now everything is back to Vanilla.
Is there no way to revert an update made to the game? I still want to play the game with the mods I had but without someone who knows how to update the patcher I can no longer enjoy the game with mods.

^ You'll need the original bin files as well as CPKs. I think data1.cpk and data2.cpk are the files that are affected. I'll provide you the bin files. But uploading those CPKs would take some time. For now here's the original bin files prior to the Buuhan/Dabura update. Bin Files (Pre-Update): www.mediafire.com/file/hoy81b24v8bezy0/bin%20files%20XV2.zipIf there's any other files you guys need prior to the update to get back up and running again, let me know. I have all of the files prior to the October anti-cheat update. I'll do what I can. |

Maybe you could do 2 different installations of the game. One would be to play offline with the patcher and mods and the other one to play steam online. Some people are doing that

I got the codex version for modding. But seeing as I mainly used cosmetics, I could technically still use the current patcher, just not the added stuff on the current upodate. I.E. shopoholic mods are still possible even with the patcher being broken .-.
