This is only for offline mode. If you go online then you will be back with the anti cheat system. I went to Appdata and then roaming and deleted the anticheat file in it. Now I can play my game without removing the anticheatX64.dll. As I said only for offline. If you ever start the game in online mode it will turn anticheat back on. This includes starting the game while online in steam. I just turned my internet off altogether to make sure it stayed off.
