So something that has bugged the hell out of me since DBKai and Raging Blast 2 is and I know this is touchy, but Frieza's dub. I absolutely cannot stand Chris Ayres as Frieza, he puts hardly any effort into the character and it's even more obvious in Xenoverse 2. I miss Linda Young and I want to make my own custom voice/replacement pack for Frieza. I have the files necessary for the voice lines but I don't know exactly where to begin. I will make this public once I finish.

I'm pretty sure you need to use eternity's audio tool ( animegamemods.freeforums.net/thread/618/), but instead of focusing on the game's tracks, focus on the character audio files (which are stored in data0\data\sound\VOX\Battle\Chara).
