I can only think of 2 things: either you moved/deleted the xv2inst folter inside users/appdata/roaming/ or you tried to edit said mod and generated a new guid.

The same thing is happening to me too. Is there a solution where we would just move mods from one folder to the other? Would clearing the install list help?

If you just want to remove it from the list on XV2INS you can go to "%appdata%\XV2INS\Installed" find which one is the skill, which you can do just by moving them out of the folder and checking in XV2INS, and delete the one you want, but this does not uninstall the skill. Now if you want to uninstall it, i can only thing of what Gurlok said above. You can always go to "Tools->Clear Installation" if you want to make sure it's gone, but you would need to re-add your other mods. You can also just go in the "data" folder in your "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" folder, as this is where XV2INS puts their files, and look within the "skill" folder for the specific skill you want uninstalled and delete its folder, though this method could leave behind the references to the skill in other files.
