Drag and drop the file you want converted (in most cases this would be a bcs) onto the exe, edit resulting xml and drag the edited xml onto the exe again.

So, Genser.exe won't seem to open for me... It isn't a problem opening .exe's, I'm able to do that fine. Is there something that I have missed? Not sure what's going on, but I'd really like to fix this. I need to be able to edit my HUM.bcs, so that I can get one of my mods to work properly. If anyone has experienced this issue, or has some insight on how this might be fixed, I'd appreicate the help.
