i just dont know what to do, it was fine a couple of days ago until i got dlc 2.

That makes no sense. The game already has the DLC 2 content patched in, the only thing you get when you buy the DLC itself, is a key, essentially.
Your game wouldn't change performance from downloading the key to DLC pack 2. Something else is going on with your PC.

dont worry i found out the issue it was the fact i switched settings messing it up
