Pretty much by the title. I'd like to attempt something similar to the shopoholic mod or be able to build on it. But being new to modding im researching where to begin. I know more or less which files to edit... but actually editing the items in and modding the new dlc items in is where i think everytjing becomes chinese to me.

I realize a lot of modders have their own time theyre fully entitled to. I figure if im in a rush to get something im better off seeing if i can do it myself.

Is anyone willing to point me in the right direction here?

Edit: i see mugens' tools might enable me to do this. I'll check out in the mean time
