I was wondering how you go about adding obi files to characters who don't have any, I'm assuming it's something you need to do with bcs editing but I was wondering if anyone has been able to do this before and if so how?

They are controlled by the bcs files. If you look at a characters bcs file that has an obi file I'm sure you will figure it out
