He doesn't look at AGM anymore as it seems though, so better contact his fanpage.

I have tried multiple times (once or twice a month). He's stopped replying. I paided either January or February. |

EDIT: Actually, did you talk with Heir about your request BEFORE you payed him? January/February was the time when he announced he'd stop modding.
