Because I donated to Mastalko and gave him 40$ and put the request in the paypal note and sent him a pm back on the forums and he never did my request and basically stole my money. I wish this was more of a contractual obligation.... |

The issue here is that Mastaklo was busy at his job. He is back now though, I'd try to contact him.
Heir is now facing the same. He is preparing for a new job, he is looking forward to it and simply won't have the time to concentrate on Xenoverse modding.
If you want a request to be done you should talk to the people before you donate. They will tell you if they have the capacity to do it right now directly.
I suggest you semd Heir a PM and see if he's got the time to work on what you have in mind.
