you can have the explaination from me. you have to rescale the animations in your ean, which is done by multiplying the z-size with a value that fits your animations to the size of the skeleton you're using (speaking of which, holeee shit, where'd you get that stance animation? it looks incredible!)
Since I don't know what character you took the animations from I can't tell you with what to multiply to get the size you need, I suggest experimenting.
EDIT: Oh wait, it's whis. Start with multiplying by 0.2 in ean organizer and see where you get with it.

I'll see that I can get some more specific instructions in place for you soon. Right now I'm working on something important, so I'd like to make progress with that for a bit, alright?

I tried to do it myself but I don't understand the "indexbone" thing so I think this is the last thing I must know to fix my problem

Even better, I am running short with the rest of my time in vacation. So much to finish before I have to go back to work xD
Glad you found the solution. The mod looks awesome btw, I am looking forward to checking it out.

You have to write AddBoneOffsetScaleOnAnimationPosition 0 -1 2 0.0 X 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 in EanOrganizer and replace X by a value I wrote -0.6 to adapt Whis animations on Krillin
