So this just happened… For some reason every model I rig gets messed up just like the one in the picture, does anyone have clues as to why? Could it be because of 2015 version of 3DS MAx?(I used 2010 in Xenoverse 1, I believe) This is terrible because it doesn’t allow me to make mods properly anymore, I was making Dabura and that same thing happened, what could be the cause? If I can have any help with this thanks a lot. Also I’ve been modding for a while now and trust me, the armor was properly rigged so it can’t be the actual rigging the problem. Thanks!

i had some problems with otherwise perfect rig after i tried changing material ids, after i already had my rig set up, even skindata caused bugs, when i put back materials as they were, thing worked, and if u think its your 3ds mine is 2017 and it works fine for me, however i do export it in 2014/2015 fbx...id suspect scale problems but seeing how the scale seems fine its prob material problem like it was in my case...if u are sure ur rig is fine at least, test it in 3ds by moving bones after u rig, export, open in blender, export again see if it works like that?

The material thing doesn't make a whole lot of sence to me for 2 reasons. First it has nothing to do with the model and secondly I already did a model with proper materials and same thing happened. But I can try it anyways. Now I'll try the moving the bones thing and also opening it in Blender and I'll come back with the results. But a thing that's strange is that some models behave this way for some reason, for example Daburas clothes (only scaled them) and Vegeta's (didn't even move, just apply the skin data again, so it can't fail), but what's interesting is while I was modding SSJ4 Vegito the hair wasn't working but once I changed the .esk file to HUM it worked but his face also worked and I left the .esk of GK4 intact so it seems random but surely there's a problem, may be obvious but can't figure it out. Thanks, I'll try what you suggested

yeah the material thing took me 4 hours cause i couldnt figure it out and obviously this isnt something ive encountered before so i was sure it wasnt that, didnt cross my mind, i just changed id 4 to id 3 and everything went to shit...it could be the skeletons, i mean are you changing from one skeleton to another? cause if you do and you use skincopy data, the name of the skeleton changes, like idk gk4_hum skeleton has to be renamed to whatever u need before you copy weights...idk could be number of things, you can send me a copy in private msgs, but its 4 am so i wont look at it rn, but sometimes in next 24 hours...hope u get it fixed

Before giving weight or rigging you need to remove B_C_spine2
it's curse bone actually it's useful in physics esk but DIMPs added this thing in normal esk alos why ? Idk? why they do it !!!
