Hello, this is my first time making a Thread so I hope this isn't too much of a mess to read.

I seem to be having a reoccurring bug with the xv2 Installer, where all installed characters have "Kamehameha" on every slot. I've seen this issue mentioned in some forum post that I can't find anymore. I seemed to have fixed it earlier by just uninstalling and re-installing one of the characters (Ultimate Mira) and that fixed everyone. That was when I only had 5 mods installed, tried the same method with 32 mods installed and it only fixed the one character (Baby Adult).

Here are some examples of my problem.




This is Baby Adult after uninstall and reinstalling him. All of his skills are there.

In battle, all installed characters have my skill set if I play as them while the AI has nothing equipped. 



Those are all of the examples I have. I'd like to know what causes this issue (if it's common) and ways to fix it without needing to reinstall Every character. I hope this wasn't too much of a mess to read, I actually spent more time than I'd like to admit getting this post ready. About an hour or so, anyway, I hope this was clear and gets this issue solved for anyone else who has this bug.
