Explaining

offset 8 determines how many costume tops are available in shop old value is c4=196 and c4+1=196+1=c5=197 (for calculating use programmer mode in windows calculator)

Explanation What thing what works = That's length 2D0 data
red = number of costume in idb (shop)
yellow = star of costume ex. 01=1star 02=2star .... 05=5star
green=name msg id
purple=msg id
sky blue= it defines costume type ex. TOP= 00 00 03 00 &&BOTTOM= 01 00 03 00 &&HAND= 06 00 FF FF &&BOOTS= 03 00 03 00 &&ACCESSORY= 08 00 FF FF
orange = the first 2 bytes in orange section, it was able to change to allow for us to add stuff to regular shop that was in tp shop.

grey = buy value
dark red = sell value
Dark Green = It's define racelock(guess ) ex.= FF 00 00 00 this code for all race
Dark Blue = code from .bcs of model id ( I will making tutorial for these how to add new model in bcs for cac for now Just understood AD 03 = 941 new id I made it)
Brown = Sell Value of TP 00 00 00 00 means not in shop && 04 00 00 00 that's mean in shop with tp sell value

Very interesting. I''m very close to figuring out how to add new skills to the game thanks to your tutorials. My main problem right now is figuring out the values.

Welcome ,I already figured out whole data(for making new skills in game) But I'm little confused here quest_btlhud_xx (in these how can I give skill id it's little bit complicated only because of this message ) and offset 8 in skill_item.idb define how many skills id's in .idb

*xx=language short name like en =English

Yeah I knew it why game hangs because it need different file than old skill file ( I will make fix soon)
& another unkown skill problem due to name info id and info msg id ( I didn't find this part in skill_item.idb because it doesn't mentioned skill)
only main data is length c last four bytes data
ex like ssj= 53 53 4A 00 00 00 00 00 A8 61 00 00

This red value you need to make in your skill item.idb I will explain it later how to add new skills in shop If this info doesn't help you

Thanks man, i'm looking forward to it! I know how to add the entries and get it in the TP Medal section of the shop. But if I add it to my added slot Corrupted Bardock and try to play him, the game hangs like I said before. Also, the game crashes if I open the TP Medal section when it is added. I believe the issue could be solved if we figure out the hex values for the skill_item.idb. Also, once one of us figures out how to add the entries correctly, we'll need to figure out how to have it read a new skill folder. For example, if we want to add a new type of Kamehameha, we could probably retexture a copy of the original Kamehameha, (The folder for the Kamehameha is "skill/SPA/000_GOK_KMH") the thing is, we'll need to figure out how to associate the new skill entry with the new folder in "skill/SPA" I'll PM you if I find anything else out.

Already saw your tutorial but thanks. Sadly my character the skills were going on is gone though. My computer had to be reset so i lost all my mods i was creating. Just finished installing xv2 again today, but it will still be a great help for my mods i am making atm!
