Instructions
-First Unpack the localize.cpk archive.
-go into ui folder and copy everything from the JP folder into the EN folder.
its recommended to backup the EN folder for when you want to restore it.
-pack the localize.cpk
-next you need to get cheat engine.
-you need to use cheat table below and set Force Language to 0.
