unlikely, i haven't seen a bandai game use denuvo protection.

That's what I thought,  but after seeing discussion in Steam about this, someone mentioned that God Eater 2 Rage Burst uses denuvo (and apparently it caused some trouble), and that's a pretty recent title.

No, a new one must be built. There are 4 possibilites I can think of now:

1. The game uses denuvo and it is the end of the patcher.
2. The game doesn't use denuvo, it uses same engine as XV1, and there isn't anything new/odd added to cpk format: the patcher can be ported quickly, in not much time.
3. The game doesn't use denuvo, it uses same engine as XV1, and the cpk format has changed: the patcher will need to wait until new format is understood.
4. The game doesn't use denuvo and it has moved to UE4 engine (I doubt this is the case, after seeing the beginning of this video: no UE4 logo to be found). In this case, the game would use .pak files instead of .cpk. That won't be a problem, I privately made a similar patcher for UE4 games using Street Fighter V as guinea pig. It would only need to be ported, it should be as easy as  possibility 2.

Okay I understood then we need to wait for xv2 released then we get all modding tools!!
