SK007 , your linking or directing where to get a modpack that had no permissions to have the mods in it. that's why you have the 50% warning. if a modpack can prove it has the proper permission from the creators to use the mods in it then its ok.

Yes See this my new mod : xenoversemods.com/mods/goku-super-series-black-sagah-graphics/ in this I take goku bcs (For Three Transformation)and rename into jco bcs & edit it alos(means GOK CODE into JCO ) Then Here I change JCO_000(to human 503 cloth model) means gok_000_bust,pant,rist,boot !! and pack datap3 and played the game!!

I don't think you can do it with bcs file. because the obi_scd is located at the bottom of the file and don't have 00 00 00 00 code. I think it's better and easier to do it with blender. and to put broly's hair for trunks you need to drag trunks esk and trunks face base and borly hair to emdfbx and then import it to blender then scale the hair and adjust it with trunks face base. When it's good and done delete the face base and export only the broly hair (because you actually only made changes to the broly hair and don't need the face base). then drag the fbx exported file to fbxemd and replace the broly hair with trunks hair. If you don't have a good experince with blender you need to check tutorials so you can import and export with the correct options. And after that you need to open the emb file and save it flipped vertically using photoshop dds plugin or any dds program. I don't think you can understand me if you didn't try doing something with blender. It's not so easy and not so hard.

You need also to copy all GOK files to GGK folder and rename them to GGK and then replace the parts with your new outfit parts and for the hair you just need to search the Super Saiyan hair_scd in the GGK folder maybe it's GGK_001_hair_scd or 002 Idk just search it with xenoviewer and replace it with the old GGK blue hair scd.

I didn't want to replace all GOK folder, but I have too... thanks. you are replacing the GGK folder by copying the files in GOK folder and pasting it in GGK folder the renaming them to GGK. I hope you understand me the right way. it worked, thanks.
