No one else cares about this game unfortunately.
in the beginning had many mods because of the hype, first the online players are gone. after xenoverse left 2 the great modders of saint seiya were abandoning the game gradually, the only one that created interesting mods that was alugol abandoned us about 3 months ago. arkano just stayed in the hype of the game for 2 months and soon it was gone, made a list of mods that never fulfilled. eternity despite not creating many mods, at least made our life easier by creating the installer.
fraday00 that created some cool mods if it was more than a year, does not create more mods of saint seiya.
the only one that still mods is the nando 1323. most are recolors or remakes of mods like black saints, or blue scales etc.
xenoverse modders do not care about that game.
and look what potential the Saint seiya has.
there are still a few silver saints, the four minor bronze saints, loki, abel and the specters.
are characters that are already in the mobile game.
the best thing to do is to leave this forum and forget about this game. the era of the mod is over and that's it, we can only accept or wait for the next game of saint seiya and pray for it to come with all the characters from all the arcs of the anime.

I don't think it's possible,soldier's soul doesn't admitt new characters, only modifications of the existing ones. It's necesary a whole new game
