I've been trying to play xenoverse 2 with mods for the past 2 weeks and haven't been able too I've successfully was able to downgrade the game to version 1.16.01 but I had reinstalled the game recently but the error I was getting still continued after I reinstalled the game and reinstalled the downgraded version i either get the error (Fatal Error: failed to initialize steam) when opening the game from the bin folder and I'm also getting the error(The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Click ok to close the application)

I forgot to add when i Run the game as an administrator the game launches but with out mods

when i try to open xv2ins it tells me: "Version 1.160 or greater of the game required. You have version 1.150", but i have 1.17. Somebody help me pls?

I get 4 separate error messages. The first is in the subject of this post, about the value that's supposed to be zero. The second is Entry 9 0 0. The third is something about being unable to load CMS, and the fourth is that the InitSystemFiles failed.
