Try using Eternity's tool foundable here by ctrl+f "- Cac2X2m Link. Current version is". So for what I'm trying to do I don't think this will work. At least as far as I understand it. For an example I am attempting to take a roster character (In this case Mastaklo's Android 21 mod) And completely replace a created character with it.

What I've been trying to do right now is take all the files from the x2m folder for the android 21 mod and placing them into one of the Created Character folders (EX. Frieza race folder or FRI)
From there I would rename all the Android 21 Files (Named C21) from C21 to FRI. After doing that I take the newly made FRI.bcs and convert it into an XML using Genser; Then edit every C21 with FRI, saving all of that I would turn the xml back into a bcs and then place it into the FRI folder. Everything seems to work this way; However when loading into a match or a mission the characters head either disappears or doesn't but the eyes pop out of the head. Soo Im stuck here at the moment

Yeah, turning rosters into CaCs is a nightmare I haven't had the luck of figuring out. The closest I ever got was models swapped, but heads missing and bodies having the skeleton animations of CaCs instead of their own (too long limbs, incorrect idle animations,...) so yea... Wish there was a tutorial xD.

Guess it's something to figure out through trial and error

Getting some results using this method, But unfortunately still having the issue where the eyes pop out of the face. Also an occasional face disfiguration. Gonna keep seeing if I can find out whats going on

Otherwise in the hub it works(Mostly, as if the character is taller than the CAC the animations are a bit wonky) But still good enough for me. Just need to figure out/ or get help on this face issue.

And also directly editing a cpk file. but I can run you through everything I did if you want, though Im sure it differs slightly based upon which character you choose
