The skill I'm editing is power rush, I wanna make it a 3 bar ultimate, however, when I export it into an xm2, it's an infinite loading screen. I used the xv2 log and fixed the issue. However the skills' Effects isn't showing up. another problem which was the one I talked about, when I install the X2m, it's creating an ID thats different from the one from the skill folder. Or more understandable, the skill create is creating the files ID different from the actual Folder. Please help how to fix this. What am I doing wrong?

The ID generator works precisely so that you do not overwrite vanilla entries. Though if you wanted, you could potentially maybe place into Eternity's data folder your modified skill so long as it had identical folder name. This I have not tested however. Other than that, to change ki requirements, go to YaBCM and in this case, change all ki requirements that display as 1000 to 300.

Everything works perfect except when activating power rush and my CaC comes flying in and staggers the enemy, there's a short moment the CaC gets prepared to do the combo. But In that moment, there is no effects/Light. However there is effects for everything else. May I ask for your help again on how to fix this please?

There are three Power Rush versions. Did you import the correct one?

There are three Power Rush versions. Did you import the correct one? Ok, thanks to you, the skill works perfect. I gave up on modding the skill, but you gave me courage to continue working on it. It has all the effects and everything. Thank you. But just one tiny problem, The skill icon is a egg. And the skill type says "null" I messed with it too much on skill create I guess

Wow, that's actually hilarious and I want to know how you did it!! xD But for skill icon (I assume that is the indicator whether a skill is power up, ki blast,...), in Skill Creator in CUS tab, set U_36/13? to a value from 0 to 10 (I think?) 0 = Strike skill, 1 = Ki blast skill, 3 = Power Up If I remember correctly... This changes just the skill type displayed (and sorts it into corresponding skill tab when selecting a skill from list in the in-game menu), not the damage output and/or similars. Glad you got it working
