Made a little batch file, that automatically downloads the needed XV1 and 1.08 XV2 files for LP, starts eternitys tool and creates the cpk. You will need a Steam account that owns both XV1 and XV2.
It needs .NET Core 2.0 or higher.

Usage:

• Get eternitys legend patrol tool and extract it somewhere.
• Dump the contents of the 7z file I linked in the same folder.
• Start legend_patrol_auto.bat and follow the on-screen directions.
• ...
• Profit!

Notes:

• During file download it might seem like it froze, since there is no progress bar or similar.
  
• It may also throw timeout or other errors in this phase, but you can safely ignore those.
• Do not close the window until "Copy data_d4_5_xv1.cpk from this folder to your XV2 CPK folder." is displayed.
