After installing some mods whenever i fly in conton city I loose the ability to talk to most npc's. This includes the pq and battle npc's. when i try to land on the ground i also start falling through the map. I have verified game files on steam with no results. The teleporter to the tome nest also doesn't work. the only way to prevent this is not to fly in conton city or to use a vehicle for faster movement. Anybody have this problem and/or a possible fix for it?
