Now with Vegetto,when going through the process of installing all necessary elements step 4 is impossible for me for I lack the files necessary(go to the SPA location in the skill folder Location --> [DB Xenoverse 2/data/skill/SPA])the data file just dosent exist for and the one from XV2INS dosent have the required files/pathways



For genesis bomb no steps other than the most basic installment is necessary,it dosent appear in skills section or in the skill shop



For UI mastered evolution goku,no other installations aside from the basic method are required and still nothing



Ive reinstalled the games twice,reinstalled the mods on each installation nothing has changed so im at a loss for what to do.Note I also tried a save editor but apparently that dosent exist either for what every site/video says is that its in the codex folder which can be found in User/Public/Documents/Steam/CODEX,im missing the steam folder.Has anyone encountered these inssues and knows how to fix them please let me know for these are issues that I cant find an answer to that I understand/can do. So to some this up "please send help"



Note-Yes,the patcher is where it should be



Note - Yes I open it via bin file and EAC has been deleted prior and did nothing so im sticking with offline



Note - Its a new copy purchased via steam(obviously)and have gotten to the point where you can do offline battles
