The old patcher thread is gone. That isn't a mere coincidence. Something bad happened behind the scenes, that the members and moderators here don't want to discuss

And even if that thread comes back, here are a few important things

-There is no guarantee that Eternity will come back. Last time he was here was months ago

-Even if he comes back, you guys are all depending on one man. He has the responsibility of the entire DBXV2 community. The mod scene relies strictly on him. Without him and his patcher , mods are dead when it comes to updated versions of games

- There is no back up plan. 

-You guys got too comfortable. Thinking that you can rely on one mortal for the rest of your time. He is a human like everyone else. Which means he could have a busy active life. He could lose interest. He could lose internet.

What if he got sick? You guys wouldn't be able to do anything.


If a lot of modders/staff worked together, you could have found a way to put out a tutorial or method in updating a patcher. In 2 years time, this definitely could have been possible. Any answer otherwise is wrong.  Eternity made the modding community as good as it was, through his X2m method. Without that, we are stuck with the old replacement method. The truth is, you guys don't communicate. You don't know how to handle pressure.  And we'll be in a situation where if something happens or happened to him, then the xenoverse 2 modding scene is gone

The XV2 modding scene is horribly organized because you guys dont communicate with eternity enough to be able to rely without him.
