hi guys i have xv2 game version 1.09.01 and when i try to patch it with either patcher 2.2 or 2.4 it keep saying game version required 1.091 or later. I checked all gaming websites i know to see if there is any update but they all do not have they have the version i have, i then wanted to try another method of downloading old patcher version ( such as 1.5 or 2.0) to try and see if it works but there is only one download option which prompt to you to the latest version of patcher and i cant get the old version. i already have mods characters i downloaded and need to install but i cant because the game needs to be patched and i need help as to what can i do or am i missing something.

The latest version of the game: 1.09.01 is supposed to use Patcher Version 2.3 and Mods Installer Version 2.4. Updates for both always tend to come out together, so if you're only updating one but not the other, it won't work. You will always find the latest versions on this site before you find them anywhere else because this is where the tools originated from, and this is the most trusted source. Go here: animegamemods.net/board/102/toolsThe Patcher can be found in Tools by Eternity, and the Mods Installer has its own thread. There's an ongoing issue with EasyAntiCheat right now that's causing problems for some, but for all (there's talk about it in the Tools by Eternity thread), but you should definitely be using Patcher 2.3 and Mods Installer 2.4, as older versions will not be compatible with the game version you are currently on. Assuming you get the latest versions installed, running the game from DBXV2.exe in the bin folder should allow you to run the game (assuming you're having issues with that). If you have any older versions of the tools on your computer, they may be clashing with the new versions and stopping you from installing mods. Make sure you only have the new versions and to replace the files in your game folder with the files from the new version of the Patcher. |
