Like a constant sound effect that plays for certain characters. Say a mod that made SSB Goku have this:
playing constantly to represent the aura.
The only thing I can think of is making a maximum charge skill that has a 10 minute long sound effect, but I don't know how that would work with other sounds, like if it'll be cut off or not.
