So I know that the general idea is that the special effects that are attached to a characters moveset don't transfer over when using that same moveset on a completely different character. However with DLC pack 3 just releasing I feel like the demand for something like this is on its way. I've been able to give one of my characters Zamasu's moveset so far but I can't get the purple ki blade effect to show up. (This was expected) So... this isn't much of a "how do I do this" and more of a "let's work together to figure this out" type of deal. Let me know if you figure anything out. Where the effect files are located would be a good start.

Ok I found where the actual blade is located, it's in the vfx/chara/ZMS or vfx/chara/GBR folder. Now it's just a matter of figuring out how to get these effects onto a x2m character.

In theory you would add additional data to the character in the character creator, in this case the vfx files. I've already tried that with a duplicate Goku Black Rose mod, renamed the vfx files into the respective character codes and everything. Still nothing. Does the XV2 character creator even support vfx files though?

So the vfx files for the blade is stuff like emb, etc, meaning they're textures. That would probably mean there's no need to modify anything in the vfx files except the character codes. What we have to do is link the X2M character with the custom vfx files. Adding "JUNGLE/data/vfx/character/ /etc" files into the X2M file (a.k.a adding additional data in the character creator) doesn't seem to work. It would be good to know if Eternity's character character can work with vfx files before we attempt to dig any deeper.

Good to know that I'm not the only one interested in this. So if you wanted to add these vfx to say your Saiyan CaC, how would you do that?
