So I checked some threads first and from the looks of it, it doesn't seem I'm reposting anything. First I would like to say right off the bat, I'm just trying to get the saiyan armor to become colorable, specifically Battle Suit (Turles). This seems to be extremely difficult as of right now and I can't help but laugh at myself for making this seem so hard.
Basically, assume that I do not know what I'm doing with the costume creator tool that Eternity created, and I would really like someone to help me understand what I'm doing wrong here. I've got .emm files from another modder that gives the costume id of just about every outfit, but for HUM/SYM and HUF/SYF. These look something like "HUM_522_Boots.emm" and "HUM_522_Bust.emm" and so on and so forth for every costume. Here's the problem, I learned how to finally use the genser tool to turn those into .emm.xml files, but I don't know how to get the partsets from them to put into the BCS section of the race tab. From my understanding, this is one of the biggest things I'm missing.
I only know how to hit the copy button that says "From game HUM.bcs" which fills in all of the coding nicely. But something tells me that's not what I want to do if I actually want the outfits to become colorable, so I need to extract a partset from something else, not the copy button. Does this come from the .emm.xml file I created? Is there other files I need entirely other than the 4 .emm files? I heard I need .emd as well, but the download I got for HUM/SYM only came with .emm file types.
Or is all of this irrelevant and I can recolor Turles' battle suit without these files, do I just use the copy button and mess with the partset coding that way? Like where the instructions suggest changing the model values to 10000 and such? Does that make it recolorable? Please help me out, I've been dying to recolor things in game forever now but this seems harder than I thought.
