Can someone help me setup my game so I can add Mods into my game I'd really appreciate if someone could help? I have a Lenovo Edge 2 if that means anything to help me.

There are very detailed tutorials, I suggest you follow them.
Get eternity's patcher and the mod installer. It's very simple.

I have everything downloaded now what do I do I don't know what Im doing but whenever I try stuff to add mods I get this (0xc000007b) Unable to Start Error please help I really want to play with all of the mods.

I can't tell you anything beyond the tutorial in eternity's tools thread. Try following those instructions.
