it tells me that im still missing "proper_noun_character_name_tw.msg" when i have updated my game to the latest version

there is no non-steam version you can buy legally.
if you really bought one you have been scammed.

i fixed the problem i wasnt given a steam code to add it to steam i had to go back to the store and get a new one
