A Our Rules

1 These Rules explain how you may use this website (AGM), which is hosted by ProBoards and maintained by AGM Staff free of charge.

2 You should read these Rules carefully before using AGM.

3 By accessing or using AGM or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the documents referred to in them.

4 If you do not agree with or accept any of these Rules, you should stop using AGM immediately.

5 If you have any questions about AGM, please contact us by sending a direct message via AGM's messenging system or by joining our discord server.

6 Definitions

Content

means any text, images, video, audio or other downloadable content, software or other information or material submitted to or on AGM;

Rules

means these Rules and Guidelines;

Intellectual property rights

means rights such as copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world);

Terms of Use

means the policy (https://www.proboards.com/tos), which governs your permitted use of AGM;

AGM

means animegamemods.net and all sub-domains;

We, us or our

means AGM Staff;

You or your

means the person accessing or using AGM or its Content.

7 Your use of AGM means that you must also comply (where applicable) with ProBoards' Terms of Use.

8 If at any time any Rule of this document contradicts the Terms of Use, it does not apply. ProBoards' Terms of Use take priority over local Guidelines.

9 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Rules, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Rules periodically for changes. Your continued use of AGM following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

B Using AGM

1 AGM is for your personal and non-exclusive use only. As long as you comply with these Rules we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use AGM.

2 The default language on AGM is english. Content submitted to AGM's forums and/or messages directed towards other users of AGM have to be written in english as far as possible. Alternate translations into other languages may be provided in the same post/message.

3 User interaction and any participation in public discussion are to be phrased in a respectfull tone and without the intend to offend. Excluded from this are posts of satirical and humoristic nature. Judgement of what qualifies as satire is up to us.

4 Posts and comments submitted to AGM have to be in a legible manner. We reserve the right to alter submissions in terms of form, including, but not limited to use of capslock, font-size changes and text coloration.

5 Respect AGM's categories and thread topics when submitting your posts and comments. We reserve the right to remove any submission we consider spam.

6 You may not use AGM or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Rules and Guidelines, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes our rights or those of others. This includes, but is not limited to, unlawful redistribution of software, binary data and personal information of living persons in which they have not given explicid consent.

7 You may not redistribute or rehost user provided Content on AGM or any other platform without explicid consent of the original provider. If you wish to include such Content in submissions to AGM or any other platform request permission from the Content creator himself. Open source projects and Content with open permission to redistribute are free to use as long as proper credit is provided.

8 You may not submit any Content containing Nudity or explicit Violence. AGM is primarily intended for use by Teenagers and young adults. Sexually explicit Content violates the Terms of Use of our host, ProBoards.

9 You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to AGM to its source, or exploit AGM or any service or information made available or offered by or through AGM, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own, as provided for by AGM.

10 As a registered US company, services provided by ProBoards are subject to United States law. This does also apply to its sub-domains. Use of AGM is intended for those accessing it from the United States of America. If you are accessing it from a different location you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

11 We seek to make AGM as accessible as possible. If you have any difficulties using AGM, please contact us via our discord server.

12 We may prevent or suspend your access to AGM if you do not comply with any part of these Rules, any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law.

C Ownership, use and intellectual property rights

1 Content depicted on and provided by AGM is not intended to infringe on applicable copyright. Visual Content, including images, audio and video material, is intended to be of informative nature for users of AGM. User submissions to AGM have to be original work or derivative or satirical in nature. All copyright holders of Content accessable through AGM retain all rights to their intellectual property.

2 Nothing in these Rules grants you any legal rights in AGM other than as necessary to enable you to lawfully access AGM as intended and authorized by us. You agree not to adjust to try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on AGM (including any intellectual property and usage notices) and in particular in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within AGM.

3 If you feel like any Content available through or provided by AGM infringes on your intellectual property please contact any of our staff members or notify ProBoards directly through means specified in their DMCA Policy.

D Submitting information to AGM

While we try to make sure that AGM is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us. We therefore cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not submit any patentable ideas or patent applications, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes, or any other information that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable to AGM.

E Accuracy of information and availability of AGM

1 While we try to make sure that AGM is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot guarantee that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that AGM will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on this Site is at your own risk.

2 We may suspend or terminate operation of AGM at any time as we see fit.

3 Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about gaming and modding news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes.

4 While we try to make sure that AGM is available for your use, we do not promise that AGM is available at all times nor do we promise the uninterrupted use by you of AGM.

F Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these Rules caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident.

G Disputes

1 We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

2 If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
