After downloaded & Unpacking the .7z (with Winrar or 7zip)
All files will be all ready for modding.
The modded files goes into:
Steam\steamapps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 4\data_win32
If you don't have a data_win32 folder (you most likely won't) create your own.
